Digital Signing DocuSign outage led to invalidated tokens

DocuSign experienced an outage between Aug 30 20:03 pm and Aug 31 00:15 am. This lead to a subset of customer tokens to expire if they were due to be refreshed during that time. Customers who were affected were notified via email regarding the rectification steps.
