Ancillary Service Outage, scheduled 1 hour ago

Please be advised that on Saturday 15th August a scheduled power outage (by United Energy) from 07:30 AEST to 13:30 AEST will impact the following ancillary services:

  • MyBGL: Fund upgrades, Change of details and Payments temporarily unavailable
  • Client Centre: SF Desktop Client only impacted
  • Wiki: SF Desktop Clients help File

IMPORTANT This will not impact Simple Fund 360 or Simple Invest 360 Software or any other critical core services

SSO / SF360 Scheduled Maintenance, scheduled 2 hours ago

BGL will be performing scheduled maintenance on our SSO application on Saturday 15th August at 07:00 AEST. This will result in all existing user logins in SF360 being de-activated. Any users who are logged out at the time can immediately log back in again. No data will be impacted by this maintenance.
